When You Invest in Mental Health, Everybody Wins
Did you know mental health challenges cost the Canadian economy an estimated $50 billion every year? We’re here to change that.
About Our Programs for Workplaces
Build Resilience, Reduce Stigma, Drive Change.
Mental health in the workplace is often misunderstood or avoided, making it hard to address effectively. It’s a topic that can feel daunting or even taboo, leaving employees without the support they need.
We’re here to change that.
Our three comprehensive programs—Mental Health First Aid, The Working Mind, and Psychological Health and Safety—are designed to make mental wellness and resilience accessible and understandable. Together, these courses empower organizations to foster healthier, more supportive work environments for everyone.

Mental Health First Aid
Provides the skills needed to recognize mental health distress and deliver immediate aid until professional help arrives.
The Working Mind
Evidence-based training developed to initiate a shift in how you think, act, and feel about mental health. Provides practical knowledge and skills to reduce stigma in the workplace.
Psychological Health & Safety
An innovative program with three training streams and a foundational assessment, helping workplaces build essential skills, gain insights, and apply evidence-based strategies to advance mental health goals.
