Romy Ralph is a Learning and Development Officer with St. John Ambulance BC/Yukon provincial office. She has been a trainer for 27 years within the organization, providing train the trainer workshops, advanced first aid training, and internal mental health for the workplace first aid courses. She continues to learn and develop facilitation techniques by delivering Instructional Skills workshops through the Instructional Skills workshop network, which provides an opportunity to learn and develop new and exciting methods of delivery. Facilitating dynamic Mental Health First Aid courses, Romy exceeds excellence in everything she does and is dedicated and passionate about mental health training. Romy retired from the Canadian Armed Forces in 2021. She spent 25 years of service, where she specialized in leadership and training
