Course Information

Hello. Thanks for visiting. This is a private session. I hope you will join us at one of our public courses to learn how to increase your confidence to take care of yourself and others with declining mental health or in crisis. There is a great need for the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course now more than ever due to the lingering impact of the pandemic. This course provides an excellent opportunity to learn new skills or enhance skills you already have.

I would be your lead facilitator. I am an award-winning health leader, trauma-informed mental health nurse, and psychotherapist who guarantees you will leave with the skills and knowledge to support yourself and others. I have been told that I am a master at creating an engaging and connecting virtual experience for participants. I strive to ensure a respectful and trusting learning environment. The thousands of people who have taken courses with me rave about my passion for mental health, my teaching style, my easy manner, and the knowledge and experiential stories that I share from the frontlines of mental health care.

If you’re looking for information for your work team, I do not doubt that we can help. Please email info@limestonecitymentalhealth.ca and a member of our client care team will get back to you.  We offer seminars, workshops, and courses in mental health, trauma-informed approach to practice, and psychological health and safety to strengthen team harmony and productivity. Let’s talk.

HOW TO REGISTER for any of our courses:

1. Visit our website and register for your course. It’s easy.

2. Can’t find a date you’re looking for? Please email info@limestonecitymentalhealth.ca and a member of our client care team will get back to you.

I am excited to meet you. Take care until then.
