This workshop focuses on training individuals interested in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to be able to help address mental health stigma and improve communication using the language of support and strategies to help them improve their mental well-being and that of their community members.  This is a free training organized for community leaders, local religious leaders, community elders, and first responders who daily interact with African community members.  After successful completion of this training, participants will be awarded certificates of attendance by the Mental Health Commission of Canada.  Please, come learn with us.
