There is a great need for the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course now more than ever due to the pandemic. This course provides an excellent opportunity to learn new skills or enhance skills you already have.
I will be your lead facilitator. I am an award-winning health leader, trauma-informed mental health nurse, and psychotherapist who guarantees you will leave with the skills and knowledge to support yourself and others. I have been told that I am a master at creating an engaging and connecting virtual experience for participants. I strive to ensure a respectful and trusting learning environment.
