About AlisonAlison is an experienced Mental Health First Aid trainer with over 17 years as a speaker and trainer for workplaces and community.
She was born and raised in Newfoundland and Labrador where she continues to live with her family today and teaches Mental Health First Aid extensively throughout Atlantic Canada,.

Alison is a widely recommended and dynamic facilitaor and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, engaging training both virtually and in person.

She has experience training in a wide variety of workplace and industry sectors including: Government (Federal, Provincial and Municipal), community non-profit organizations, small business, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, oil & gas, aerospace operations, technology sector, professional service providers (massage therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, holistic health practitioners, doulas and more).

Alison believes strongly in the value of Mental Health First Aid training because of her lived mental health experience as a working professional and she shares pieces of her own journey throughout training.
