I hope you will join us at another session (coming in June) to learn how to increase your confidence to take care of yourself and others with declining mental health or in crisis. There is a great need for the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course now more than ever as a result of the pandemic. The MHFA course will provide an excellent opportunity for you to learn new skills or enhance skills you already have.
I will be your lead facilitator. I am an award-winning health leader and trauma-informed mental health nurse and psychotherapist who guarantees you will leave with the skills and knowledge to support yourself and others. I have been told that I am a master at creating an engaging and connecting virtual experience for participants. I strive to ensure a respectful and trusting learning environment.
