Testimonials:
“Kymberley’s passion and astute knowledge of matters concerning mental wellness is evident within minutes of taking this course. She made learning easy, and helped me to see different perspectives, without making me feel attacked or wrong for having my beliefs. Her positive and lighthearted energy shined through as she openly discussed topics that might be hard for others. She facilitated with confidence, intelligence and a lot of laughter. She made sure each person in the class had a say. The two days I spent in this course have undoubtedly opened my eyes to what other’s go through. I will certainly pursue more training. Thank you, Kymberley, for two wonderful days.”
“Thank you so much for doing this training here! This course helped me recognize that I deserve of support, and that I need to make my own mental health a priority instead of trying to always help others all the time.”
