Why is integration important? Integration means that PHS has become embedded in the expectations that guide decisions and actions in the organization. It is essential in creating and sustaining a psychologically healthy and safe organization where people thrive.
Course Details
Participants will learn how to integrate PHS throughout workplace systems and practices that are common in many organizations.
This facilitator-led training will empower learners to understand the key elements of work that affect PHS within their organization.
Learners will be introduced to the Opening Minds PHS Integration Framework and how to use it in guiding an organization to put PHS into practice in the key areas of work. This course helps participants in preparing for measuring the level of PHS.
A PHS Assessment will measure integration of PHS throughout an organization, and recommendations are generated to make resource allocation decisions for system improvements.

Learning Objectives
This is an intermediate level course for people involved with PHS implementation or assessment. PHS Intro course or equivalent is required. This course is a prerequisite for Opening Minds PHS Assessor Training. By the end of this course, participants will
be able to:
Describe what integration of PHS in workplaces looks like in practice;
Understand how to use the OM PHS Integration Framework to illustrate how PHS is embedded throughout an organization;
Create a plan for assessing the level of PHS integration in a workplace.
