This is a virtual delivery of The Integration of PHS course. This course will take place in a virtual classroom (Zoom) and no prior experience using an online classroom is necessary.
Participants will learn how to integrate PHS throughout workplace systems and practices that are common in many organizations. This is an intermediate level course for people involved with PHS implementation or assessment. PHS Intro course or equivalent is required. I traditionally offer PHS Intro a week or more before Integration, so you can take that 4-hour course from me as well.
Participants are most commonly part of an implementation team in their workplace, from roles such as: Human Resources, People and Culture, Occupational Health and Safety, Wellness teams, Executives. You can enroll as an individual or as part of a team.
The learning objectives for this course are:
- Participants can describe what integration of PHS in workplaces looks like in practice.
- Participants will understand how to use the OM PHS Integration Framework to illustrate how PHS is embedded throughout an organization.
- Participants will be prepared to create a plan for assessing the level of PHS integration in a workplace
