Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Essentials Course

This is a fully facilitated, virtual 1-day course with a participant certificate upon completion.  No prior online/virtual classroom experience necessary.

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Essentials equips you with practical skills to support someone facing a mental health or substance use challenge until professional help is available.
