The Working Mind
Facilitator Certification Training (FCT)
Lead change in workplace mental health
Become a Certified The Working Mind Facilitator Facilitator
Workplaces across Canada still struggle with stigma and silence around mental health. Evidence shows that well designed workplace training improves knowledge and supportive behaviour toward people who live with mental health problems.
The Working Mind Facilitator Certification Training (TWM FCT) prepares you to guide those conversations with skill, confidence, and care.
If you want your organization to talk about mental health with more clarity, respect, and courage, this training gives you a direct way to help.
Why become a TWM facilitator
As a certified TWM facilitator you:
Lead culture change where you work
You deliver The Working Mind
course and help shift how people think, feel, and act about mental health at work.
Build practical skills that people remember
You guide evidence based discussions, tools, and frameworks that support real behaviour change, not only awareness.

Course structured for impact
The Working Mind Facilitator Certification Training is a blended, skills based program that builds your confidence to deliver TWM in a virtual classroom. You complete self-paced modules on MHCC, Opening Minds, TWM concepts, adult learning, and inclusive language, then practice in live virtual sessions where you lead segments, use digital tools, respond to difficult questions, and receive feedback from Lead Facilitators and peers. By the end, you are prepared to deliver TWM employee and leader courses online, lead groups of 8 or more, model respectful language, handle common workplace scenarios, and meet all facilitator administrative requirements.
