When You Invest in Mental Health, Your People and Your Organization Win

Over 500,000 workers across Canada are absent from work every week due to poor mental health

Only 23% of Canadian workers feel comfortable talking to their Employer about a psychological health issue.

Why? Because mental health in the workplace is often misunderstood or avoided, making it hard to address effectively. It’s a topic that can feel daunting or even taboo, leaving employees without the support they need.

We have evidence-based programs to help you advance mental health in your organization.
