Developed with trades people, for trades people.
Engineered in collaboration with the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association, The Working Mind for the Trades builds upon TWM’s foundational program with tailored elements to tackle the unique challenges faced by trades workers.
The program introduces scenarios, testimonials, and real-life stories drawn directly from the trades community ensuring maximum impact for workers and supervisors.Â
“The people who are telling stories are real-life workers from Ontario's trades. They're sharing their struggles and then their path of recovery and their opportunity for hope. Those stories are resonating."
– Kathy Martin, Research and Mental Health Specialist at IHSA
