Course structured for impact
Module 1
Module 2
Use the Mental Health Continuum Tool to notice changes in mental health and well-being of yourself and others. Discuss how to have conversations with others about mental health.
Module 3
Explore the impacts of stress on mental health, and practice applying the Big 4 Coping Strategies- simple but proven tools to deal with stress effectively and remain resilient.
Module 4
Practice skills to support team’s mental health and well-being. Review appropriate actions to take in each colour zone of the Mental Health Continuum and to address related to critical incidents and supporting employees.

- Individuals: starts from $225 per person
- Groups: $2,800 per virtual session with a maximum capacity of 15 participants, or $3,500 per in-person session with a maximum capacity of 25 participants.

The Facilitator Certification Training is designed for people who want to offer the TWM course in the communities, workplaces or organizations. Mental Health First Aid and The Working Mind curriculum is available in the English and French language.
Psychological Health and Safety training is available in English only at this moment. French version will be available at the end of 2024.
Private group sessions require 8 people. Maximum number of participants in each group is 15. We encourage groups under 8 people to use our publicly scheduled courses with independent facilitators. Some facilitators have a direct booking option, while others prefer that participants contact them directly to reserve a seat.

Yes. As part of its Psychological Health and Safety Training and Assessment Program Opening a combination of training and assessment that bridges the guidance from the National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety with the evolving needs of workplaces. With the help of this program we are able to make sure that mental health awareness programs are integrated through our assessment process, and identify if TWM and MHFA are present.
