How many participants are needed for a private group session?

Private sessions require a minimum of 8 participants and accommodate up to 15 (virtual) or 25 (in-person). Groups under 8 can register through publicly scheduled courses.

Are courses available in French?

Yes. The Working Mind curriculum is available in English and French. Contact our team for bilingual session options.

Can TWM be integrated into our existing wellness plan?

Absolutely. TWM pairs naturally with our Psychological Health & Safety program to create a comprehensive, standards-aligned workplace wellness strategy.
