Practical Tools Your Team Will Actually Use
The Mental Health Continuum
A visual model for understanding mental health as a dynamic spectrum
The Mental Health Continuum Tool uses general signs and indicators to help you track your mental health. Peopleโs mental health can move back and forth along the continuum. The Continuum tool can help you notice changes in your mood, attitude, behaviours, substance use, and physical changes, so you can take the appropriate actions needed to support your mental health and well-being in all colour zones.
The RAMP Framework
Reflection ยท Awareness ยท Movement ยท Practice
RAMP is a practical framework designed to help you understand, strengthen, and sustain your mental health. It guides you through four interconnected stages: Reflection, Awareness, Movement, and Practice. RAMP isnโt linear, itโs a continuous cycle that evolves with you. Each stage supports the next, helping you respond to challenges, reduce stigma, and strengthen your mental health.
